Pamela Swendseid began her food journey in her native state of Montana; she has lived and eaten throughout the western United States and began her love of cooking fresh ocean fish while living in Copiapo Chile for 5 years. She also studied wine for 2 years in Chile. She credits her Swiss Italian and Italian heritage for her inspiration and creativity in cooking and for her focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients. She is always on the lookout for a good food/wine experience.
She is a family nurse practitioner currently living in Colorado. She is married with two children and one English bulldog.
